Terms of Service.

1. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where a listing is materially incorrect. A confirmation email is not acceptance of your order.
2. Pre-orders
Pre-order lead times are estimates, not guarantees. If a batch is delayed, we'll notify you by email with a revised ETA and offer a full refund on request.
3. Use of products
Ventro Customs products are aftermarket accessories. It is your responsibility to comply with local road rules and vehicle standards (ADR). Off-road use of certain features may not be legal on public roads in your state.
4. Intellectual property
All designs, product renders, imagery and copy on this site remain the property of Ventro Customs. Reproduction requires written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
