30-day change of mind
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Email ventrocustoms@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and a short description. We'll cover return shipping and replace or refund at your choice.
How to start a return
Email ventrocustoms@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorisation and instructions.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving your return. Bank processing can take an additional 2–5 business days to appear.
