Preorder & Cancellation.
Flat presale pricing, built-to-order slots, and a full refund if you change your mind before we start.
1. What a preorder is
A preorder reserves a build slot in an upcoming batch. Your set is assembled to order for your vehicle and the options you selected at checkout, so slots are allocated in the order they're paid.
2. Payment
Presale pricing is paid in full at checkout in AUD. There is no deposit, no balance due later, and no price increase once your order is placed — even if the batch price moves.
3. Cancel before your build starts — refunded in full
Change your mind at any point before we start assembling your set and we'll refund the entire order. The only amount we can't return is the payment processing fee our payment provider charges on the original transaction and keeps when a refund is issued. Everything else, including shipping, comes straight back to your original payment method.
4. Once your build has started
After we've begun assembling your set, the order can no longer be cancelled — the parts are cut, finished and wired specifically for you. Your slot stays transferable, though: give us the new owner's details in writing and we'll move the order across at no cost.
5. Refund timing
Approved cancellation refunds are issued within 3 business days of your request. Your bank may take a further 2–5 business days to show the funds.
6. Custom paint and colour-matched finishes
Colour-matched and custom paint-code options are mixed for your order specifically. Once the paint has been mixed, that portion of the order can't be refunded, even if the rest of the build hasn't started.
7. Delays
Every set is built to order and shipped in the order it was placed. If your batch is running behind, we'll email you with a revised timeline — and you can cancel for a full refund (less the processing fee) at that point, even if the build queue has moved on.
8. Faulty products and your consumer rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the preorder terms above.
9. How to cancel
Email ventrocustoms@gmail.com with your order reference and we'll confirm within one business day whether your build has started and process the refund from there.
