Precision Optics
We spec dual-clarity glass projectors with a hardened cut-off shield, so your low beam actually stays on the road instead of blinding oncoming traffic. The result: a wider spread, a longer throw, and zero of that stock RG hotspot.
Sealed for Real Life
Every housing gets pressure-tested submerged before it leaves the workshop. We use two-part epoxy at the seams and a Gore vent for pressure equalisation. Corrugated dust roads and river crossings don't scare it.
Plug & Play Harness
The harness ships pre-loomed with OEM-style plugs and pre-fused power runs. No cutting and no relay boxes to figure out — just one small solder join if you want the lights tied into your factory DRLs. If you can change a wheel, you can fit the RG1 in an afternoon.
Built for the Dark
The RG1's beam pattern is engineered around long dusty highways and pitch-black outback backroads. Wide DRL bar for daytime signature, aggressive projector eye for night, colour-matched for that factory-look angry-eye stare.
